Collusion, arbitrage betting, exploitation of software errors, money laundering, and use of automated wagering bots are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

Full Agreement
Pakarjudi is an online gambling and sports betting platform operated under an international gaming licence (Curacao jurisdiction). The Platform offers real-money wagering services including, but not limited to, casino slots, live dealer games, sports betting, live football markets, lottery poker, and arcade games.
Pakarjudi is designed to serve adult players across Malaysia, including users in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other regions. We do not represent, warrant, or imply that the use of this Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction. Malaysian players are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling under applicable local laws before registering an account.
This Agreement is effective from the date you first access or register on the Platform and continues until your account is closed or this Agreement is otherwise terminated. All prior versions of these Terms & Conditions are superseded by this version dated 1 January 2026.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
To register and maintain an active account on Pakarjudi, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:
During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and residential address. You agree to update this information promptly should any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Pakarjudi will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep login credentials secure. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed. Accepted documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad (Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. We may additionally request proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months) and proof of payment method (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet ownership).
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by Pakarjudi may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure, at the Platform's sole discretion.
Pakarjudi supports a range of payment methods approved for use by Malaysian players, including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, and select cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the deposit page.
Deposits made via DuitNow, FPX, and major Malaysian e-wallets are typically credited within minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of blockchain confirmations. Pakarjudi is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or blockchain network congestion.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification. Standard processing time is within 24 hours for amounts up to MYR 10,000. Larger amounts may require additional verification and may take up to 3 business days. Pakarjudi reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals exceding MYR 5,000 in any rolling 30-day period.
All account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt. Pakarjudi is not responsible for currency fluctuation losses.
All wagers placed on Pakarjudi are governed by the specific rules of the game or sports market in question, as published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between a specific game rule and this Agreement, the specific game rule shall prevail.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by Pakarjudi are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the promotion, in addition to the general conditions set out in this section.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Pakarjudi. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
Pakarjudi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Player's funds will be held securely. If the investigation concludes in the Player's favour, the account will be reinstated and funds released. Where the suspension is confirmed as justified, funds may be forfeited in part or in full depending on the nature of the breach.

All content available on the Pakarjudi Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game software, design elements, and data compilations, is the property of Pakarjudi or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of Pakarjudi.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pakarjudi, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:
Pakarjudi's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of a single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the 30-day period preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
Pakarjudi collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We implement industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, loss, or destruction. However, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pakarjudi holds its gaming licence (Curacao). Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
Malaysian players acknowledge that they use the Platform at their own risk in relation to Malaysian law, and Pakarjudi does not provide any warranty or assurance regarding the legality of online gambling under Malaysian jurisdiction. Players are advised to seek independent legal advice if in any doubt.
Pakarjudi reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless immediate implementation is required by law or to protect the security of the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your account.
